There’s plenty of fish in the sea

Seafood is the heart of most Taiwanese daily meals. For centuries, our oceans have been considered a limitless bounty of food. When we eat fish, we hardly consider its source and which mouths close empty so ours is full. But the truth is different now with many fish stocks at the point of collapse. Factory fishing is further depleting ocean life and destroying the marine ecosystem.
